These Terms govern your use of the Noble Detailing website and the detailing services we provide. By using our website or booking with us, you agree to them.

Estimates and quotes

Quotes are based on the vehicle details you provide. Heavier soiling, pet hair, smoke odor, oversized vehicles, or paint defects found on arrival may require an updated quote before we begin.

Scheduling and weather

Mobile work is weather dependent. We may reschedule for rain, freezing temperatures, or unsafe wind without penalty, and we will give you as much notice as we can. Coating and correction work may be moved to a controlled environment.

Access and workspace

You agree to provide safe, legal access to the vehicle and enough space to work around it. If the vehicle is unreachable or blocked when we arrive, a trip charge may apply.

Customer responsibilities

• Remove personal belongings, valuables, and car seats before your appointment.
• Disclose aftermarket paint, wraps, prior bodywork, or repainted panels.
• Point out loose trim, cracked glass, worn seals, or existing electrical faults.
• Leave the vehicle accessible for the full estimated service window.

Pre-existing conditions

We are not responsible for damage arising from pre-existing conditions, including failing clear coat, prior body filler or repaint work, oxidized or delaminating paint, worn seals, cracked trim, or existing leaks. Some defects such as deep scratches, etching, burned-in stains, and permanent odors may not fully come out.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and check for fleet accounts. Past due balances may accrue a 1.5% monthly service charge.

Cancellations

Please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Same day cancellations may incur a trip fee.

Coating warranties

Ceramic coating warranties depend on the package purchased and on following the maintenance guidance we provide, including proper wash technique and recommended inspections. Automatic brush washes, harsh chemicals, and neglect void coverage.

Satisfaction guarantee

If something is not right, tell us within 3 days of service and we will return to address reasonable concerns at no extra cost.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount paid for the job giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Insurance

Noble Detailing is licensed and insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request.

Website use

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, and any disputes will be brought in the courts of Polk County, Iowa.
